Of Course we all want a perfect world...Who
Due to the nature of our business, we handle a large variety of goods which are otherwise difficult or impossible to find. Sometimes we are dependent upon our suppliers for these items and subject to delays from those very same suppliers
(believe it or not, this includes the Italian Gun Companies).
We do make quite a bit of our goods right in our own shops. Sometimes issues arise, and we are always willing to attempt to "work things out".
If not totally satisfied with
your item, you can return it for a full refund, less postage.
Our liability is limited to the original purchase price less any wear.
We have a 10 day return priviledge, and ask that you please call first for a return authorization.
Custom Made and Designed Tents,
Custom Uniforms and all Custom Made Boots and Shoes are not refundable.
Why Not?......... Because-
We have been in business for 42 years creating unique impressions for reenactors, living historians, museums and production companies.
We are more than happy to help create your impression for you. Non- Stock items can be very difficult to sell to someone else, so we require that you fill out
measurement pages and charts that we provide, as well as communicate with us as much as possible, in order to make your item fit or work right the first time we try.
If there is a problem, we will try to work with you. If the item doesn't perform as it should within the warrantee period,
we will repair or replace (At our option) the errant item. If you order something and then want changes, let us know immediately.
Once the material is cut, the item is yours.
We have these notes on most of our pages where Custom Made items are available.
We cannot issue "call
tags" or reimburse postage for items being returned once they have been
used. This includes damage or worn items even if under warrantee. We try very
hard to send out the best products available, and all we ask is that the customer
share some of the costs with shipping. We usually absorb the cost of shipping
for returning the replacement to the customer.
We do not keep the shipping costs- UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc are the recipients of these funds.
